Third-party payment processors handle transaction processing and maintain their own privacy policies and security standards for financial information protection.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers. You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of all third parties before engaging with their services.

We may use artificial intelligence and machine learning tools provided by third parties to enhance customer experience, improve product recommendations, and detect fraud. These tools process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and our data processing agreements with those providers.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under the applicable age without verified parental consent, we will take prompt steps to delete such information.

We take children's privacy seriously and comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and all other applicable laws governing the privacy of minors.

We currently operate exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping or sales to customers outside the United States. Personal information is processed and stored within the United States.

Should we expand operations internationally, personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the United States. In such circumstances, we will ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms where required.

SECTION 12 - DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Some web browsers include "Do Not Track" features that signal websites about tracking preferences. Currently, no universal standard exists for responding to Do Not Track signals. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals but may implement such responses as industry standards develop. We will update this Policy accordingly if our practices change.
