Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next available business day, provided it is not a holiday. Processing times may be extended during holidays and peak seasons.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, holidays, and carrier availability. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military base addresses (APO/FPO) may experience additional shipping times and may be subject to extra shipping charges.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $6.95 for orders under $85.00. Orders totaling $85.00 or more qualify for free shipping. This includes combined purchases of clothing and gift cards — if your total cart value reaches $85.00 or more, free shipping will automatically apply.
Celivine's Right to Modify Shipping Rates
Celivine reserves the right to modify shipping rates and charges at any time based on location or other factors. If any changes are needed that affect your order or shipping costs, we will notify you prior to processing.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Once your package has been picked up by the shipping carrier from our facility, Celivine is no longer liable for your order. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Packages damaged during transit
- Lost or stolen packages during transit
- Carrier delays or errors
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to carrier error
- Any other issues that arise after the carrier has taken possession of your package
Any issues that occur after the carrier picks up your package must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a valid and correct shipping address is entered at checkout before placing an order. Celivine is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error made by the customer, you will need to contact the carrier directly to locate your package. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.
Stolen or Damaged Packages After Delivery
Celivine is not liable for packages that are stolen after a confirmed delivery has been made. Celivine is also not liable for any damage to products that occurs after delivery. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Wrong Items or Sizes
While Celivine is not liable for carrier-related issues, we will make it right if your order contains the wrong item or the wrong size based on what you ordered. If this happens, please reach out to us.
Agreement to This Policy
By placing an order with Celivine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this shipping policy in full.
