Return & Refund Policy

 

Initiating a Return

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return through the returns portal located in their customer profile. Once a return has been initiated, we will process the request within 24–48 hours. After the return has been processed, a notification will be sent to the customer via email.

 

Sending Your Return Back

Once your return has been approved and your shipping label has been generated, you will have an additional 7 days to send the product back to our warehouse. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to determine if it is eligible for a refund. This inspection and review process may take up to 5–7 business days. After the review, we will notify you whether your return has been accepted or denied.

 

Return Eligibility Requirements

All returned items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unworn
  • Items must have the original tags still attached
  • Items must not be damaged in any way

Returns that do not meet these requirements will be denied.

 

Non-Refundable Items & Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable on all returned products. Celivine E-Gift Cards are final sale and are non-refundable.

 

Refund Method

Celivine only offers store credit in the form of a Celivine E-Gift Card for approved refunds. The store credit will be emailed to the customer within 24 hours after the return and refund has been approved. Celivine E-Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.

 

Restocking & Reprocessing Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a restocking and reprocessing fee of $7.95. The final refund amount will be calculated as the original order amount, minus the $7.95 restocking and reprocessing fee, plus applicable taxes, to equal the final store credit amount issued.

 

Wrong or Incorrect Orders

In the event that an order is incorrect due to an error on our end, Celivine will cover the cost of the return shipping label to send the wrong item back to us. Once we have received and processed the return, Celivine will also cover the cost of the shipping label to send the correct item back to you. The customer will not be responsible for any shipping costs in the event of an error made by Celivine. Please note: if a returned incorrect item is received worn, damaged, or not in its original condition, the return may not be approved, and the customer will be responsible for restocking and processing fees. 

 

Frequent Return Requests

Customers who initiate an excessive number of return requests may have their returns denied. Celivine reserves the right to restrict a customer's access to the returns portal and revoke return privileges for accounts that show a pattern of frequent or excessive return activity.

 

Our Right to Deny Returns

Celivine reserves the right to deny any and all return requests at our sole discretion. Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.

 

Agreement to This Policy

By placing an order with Celivine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund and return policy in full.
